Grinding
We provide precision grinding of metal parts both round and flat. Using modern grinding machines we achieve high dimensional accuracy, surface smoothness and repeatability of production. We use grinding for finishing shafts, pins, bushings, plates and assembly components made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium. With a combination of cylindrical and surface grinding machines, we are able to provide complete grinding of rotary and flat parts according to customer requirements.
Round grinding machine TOS BHU 32 A/1000

This horizontal cylindrical grinding machine BHU 32A/1000 is designed for grinding rotary parts - shafts, pins or other cylindrical parts with diameter up to ~320 mm and length ~1000 mm. Thanks to its robust construction and large wheel diameter, it is suitable for medium and larger parts where diameter accuracy, surface smoothness and repeatability of production are key.
BPH20NA surface grinder
- Flat grinding (200×600)
The BPH 20 NA flat grinding machine offers a compact but powerful solution for grinding flat parts - sheet metal, base plates or assembly components. The clamping table with a dimension of ~200 × 630 mm and a workpiece height option of up to ~300 mm allows flexible processing with the requirement for precise surface finish and flatness.
