Milling

We perform precision milling of steel, stainless steel and aluminium on conventional milling machines. We offer production and modification of parts according to drawing documentation - from small parts to larger machine components. Thanks to our experience and precise hand machining, we achieve high surface quality and dimensional accuracy. We use milling for both piece and repair production, where flexibility and an individual approach are key.

The FA 3V vertical milling machine from TOS is suitable for versatile machining of parts with a longer clamping area and a relatively large stroke along the X-axis (~800 mm). The clamping table of around 300 × 1375 mm allows machining even longer parts, and with a motor power of ~4.2 kW the machine is well suited for routine milling work in the workshop, service or piece production.
