Pressing and punching

We perform precise pressing and punching of metal parts on modern hydraulic and eccentric presses. This technology enables efficient forming, cutting and perforating of sheet metal and profiles made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium.

Pressing and forming is used in the production of structural components, brackets, reinforcements, covers or fasteners. Thanks to the different types of presses - from the eccentric 6 t to the universal Peddinghaus 80 t - we can adapt production to the size and thickness of the material and the required precision of the moulding.

The compact 6 tonne eccentric press is suitable for fine forming work, punching and bending of smaller metal parts. Ideal for piece production and smaller jobs where precision and repeatability of the pressed shape is required.

The Peddinghaus 800 universal punching and shearing press enables fast and precise processing of thicker materials. With a high force of 80 tonnes, it can cut, punch and shear steel profiles, strip or angles. The ideal machine for robust structural and locksmith production.
