We perform precision cutting and cutting of metal materials - pipes, billets, flat bars, round steel and profiles - using modern band and automatic saws. With precision clamping systems and CNC automation, we can efficiently process both single pieces and larger batch production runs with minimal variation and clean cuts.

We cut material on automatic saws and several conventional band saws of various types. We cut structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals in sizes to customer specifications.

The Pilous ARG 240 D automatic band saw is ideal for precise and repeatable cutting of bar stock in medium to large series. The CNC system allows automatic feed and cutting according to the specified length and quantity of pieces, ensuring fast and efficient production without the need for constant operation.
